Request 4 a Interface Fix 4 Leagues under a parent league

Found a problem when creating a very long list of minor league teams in one league. I'm attempting to combine the IL & PCL into one minor league. Everytime I scroll down to change the Affiliation MLB club the scrollbar resets to the top making it impossible to have it do what I want. thanks! and hope this gets fixed if nobodies mentioned it already.
