The box score shows the guy grounding into the double play as scoring. It doesn't show Funk (the pitcher that would have been involved in that double play) as having been involved in a double play (in the Fielding section of box score).
Obviously the game itself saw a ground out 1-2 while the box score and game log report a GIDP 1-2-3.

You'd know that something weird would happen in the first game I actually looked at.
