question about updated Rolen Rosters..

I see some more rosters in the downloads (it's been a while since I played). Which are better? There are 2 sets that say "updated rolen rosters". How are they updated? Are the rosters just more current or is it more in depth update?

If you click on each option, they each have a readme file that explains what they did to Rolen's Winter rosters.
