End of Game - Only happened once

I finished playing out a game last night. When the 3rd out in the 9th was recorded, I hit a key to continue and the PbP said "BALK". The game was over. In the pitcher profile of the guy who finished the game he was listed as throwing 1,656 pitches on that day and was at 0% for the next 5 days when he had really only thrown 27 pitches. Also the game log was all screwed up too. I saved a copy of he game log to a zip file and uploaded for you to see. Thanks.
