Minor League Rosters

The AI needs to know how many players on the roster are healthy. Right now a rash of injuries can leave a minor league team short-handed, especially on the pitching staff. Ideally, I would like to see a minor league disabled list, but for right now I can handle it being fixed to where the AI will send a team players to replace their injured guys.
