Ted Williams Baseball League (TWBL)

It's all about Activity.. and it appears our league (in its first season since conversion from FPS [10 seasons]) has some managers that are not active...

With that said, we're in the middle of an activity test which could open up a handful (or more) of teams that are inactive. Inactive DOES NOT mean they are bad teams.

Career League
Free Agency
Arbitration (no contract extensions - only Arbitration)
Create-A-Player (make your own stud - limitations apply)
LIVE Sims (via AIM)
and many more.....

we're in the 1980 season (1st season) ..

Quick Update... 2 teams have become open at the end of our first season :

San Fran & Yankees

How close was this league -- 4 races were determined by 1 game (including a divisional tie-breaking game in 1 division)....

Another Update...

Florida (AL East Champs) & Dodgers are available. Free Agency is starting on Wednesday, so now's the time to get in.

If you're not going to take the time to read the rules -- then please don't waste either of our time. Also, if you're not going to dedicate yourself to at least giving the league a try -- then SAVE BOTH OF US SOME TIME. Nothing is more frustrating then a manager that joins, you go through all the adding to mailing lists, manager pages, etc and then the manager QUITS 2 or 3 days later.

But if you're committed to having fun and want to join us --- COME in by and fill out the Registration Form.
