foreign league rosters

When setting up a new universe, has anyone, or is anyone planning to have actual japanese, cuban, and other actual foreign players in a database to staff those leagues??

I plan on it, I am really interested to see how the Japanese league model is. If it has ties, etc...I have to ask Montoya.
