La Liga Mexicana needs 2 owners
La Liga Mexicana has two teams which need owners. C. de Mexico Tigres are reasonably competitive (an active owner could turn it into a division winner in a season or two). Campeche Piratas are admittedly pretty bad, but since they average pretty close to a season per owner, its mostly because of inconsistency; an owner who is willing to stick around for more than half a season could probably become pretty good fairly soon, as stocked as their farm system is.

All the league setup stuff is on the website, but if you have any questions feel free to ask.
