Fictional League Logo Request
Hey guys. Some great logos in this thread. Would like to call on your services for three more. These don't have to be in the circular format I've seen, they can just be freestyle. The teams I need logos for are:
Toronto Flames New York Metros Los Angeles Wolfpack Thanks in advance. Look forward to seeing them if anyone can help provide. |

Here's an idea ... not sure if you intend "Metros" to refer to the subway.

Hey Stormin. You did such a great job on those three, I thought I might see if you had any ideas for a few more. I have logos for these already, but they stink, so if you have any ideas, have at them. I'm including team colors this time for reference too though you nailed the colors last time really well.
Chicago Nighthawks - Navy and Gold Phoenix Stars - Purple, Orange and White California Aces - Red and White Florida Keys - Teal and White |

Here's the first one ... the Florida Keys ... I chose a manatee as the focal point as that animal is a common animal (and tourist attraction) to the actual Keys.

Here's the Chicago logo ... I took some liberty to present the nickname "Nighthawks" as a an F-117 stealth bomber, a.k.a., "Nighthawk". The jet entrail coming out of the "s" on "hawks" creates a stylized "C", yep, "C" as in Chicago.
The colours may not be exactly what you wanted, but the more royal blue and gold seem to be a bold match. Let me know. |

Ok, last one before calling it a day ...
Seem to have this 'airplane' thing going ... for the California Aces, I've used a fighter-pilot a la WWII with cap and goggles and a big ole moustache ... and his plane is a combination baseball (for fuselage) and bats (for the wings) ... i.e., an 'ace' pilot!!! |

Hey Stormin. More great stuff once again. I actually do like your color choices for Chicago. I think with the Nighthawk it creates a stealth feel. What's funny is my old Chicago logo had a stylized "C" as well so it's actually very cool that you incorporated that. Very creative use of the baseball items in California. I like the font for Aces.

Storminz, those logos are absolutely great...they are flawless...creative design...great colors...great fonts...the best this forum has every seen...my opinion only.
Are you a computer graphics expert? Or is this just a hobby? If you would size them to 150x150...game size. Last edited by Eugene Church; 04-28-2006 at 02:22 PM. |

Thank you very much for the compliments! More than happy to share.

I obtain ideas from existing logos (real and custom made) plus my family contributes (especially the children) and I will scour the web for hints & creative insights. Some objects I use are "borrowed", but many are original and/or customized. It's the likes of members like Cuss and Knuckler (to name just a couple) and many other contributors at this site that have inspired me to get involved, too. It's just one more aspect of this great community ... community spirit! Quote:
Well, back to the drawing board ... gotta do one more for this thread. Might not be out until later this weekend due to family commitments. |

Ok, I'm so busy right now, I've resorted to relying on an existing logo with some slight modifications for the Phoenix Stars logo ... not overly original, but it may do in a pinch.
I'd preferred to have done something ... though with inspiration from other logos ... that was more original, but ... |
