The CDL has one opening

The Cooperstown Diamond Legends (CDL) has an ownership spot available and we're looking for an outstanding owner. We will soon be starting our 43rd season of high quality, fun fake baseball, and now is the perfect time to sign up to play the exciting GM roles of Billy Beane, Omar Minaya, Mark Shapiro, or whatever MLB executive inspires you. Here's a famous quote from our beloved ex-Commish Matt Skutley: "As most everyone knows, the CDL has never missed in a sim in over four years of real time simming and boasts one of the best ownership groups of any OOTP league!" I could not have said it better myself.

If you're interested in a fun & competitive coaster ride towards the famed CDL World Series, head over to the CDL main page, check out the site and rules, and then feel free to email the league front office with any questions you might have. If you're interested in joining please provide some info about yourself, your OOTP or sports sim experience, and why you think you'd be a good CDL GM candidate. If you've been on the CDL waiting list before please take the time to send another email application in. With the low owner turnover the league has experienced over the last 5 real time years the waiting list becomes out dated quickly. The CDL uses the latest version of OOTP6.5.

This is one of the best leagues (if not the best) I've been in. Teams can be turned around quickly due to some of the unique rules. It's a really challenging league with a group of active GMs and great commissioners. I'm in my third full season (as the Rangers) and really enjoy the CDL.
