crash when opening deleted league

when ootp4 opens, it always opens the last league used.
i deleted some leagues that i had created for testing, and now i can't run ootp anymore as it crashes since it can't save when it tries to switch leagues.

i figure i can create the league folder for that other league and get it to work, but i thought i'd mention this so that maybe you guys could put some sort of safeguard in a future version.

Known issue.. you are correct with how to resolve it.
