Best Single Season for a single player??
Was wanting to get some input on what are some of the best seasons a player that you have had on your team has had? EX: GIAMBI- .350, 60HR, 180RBI....stolen bases, obp, ops and other areas can be included also.

Todd Helton hit .375 with 55 HR's and 204 RBI. He also had the game winning grand slam off BK Kim in game 7 of the world series...........Okay that last part didn't happen but the stats are correct.

I had a guy hit .400 and go 40/40 in the same year. He wound up with around 160 runs and RBIs. Not record-breaking, but as good an all-around year as I've seen.
And no, it wasn't even in Coors. |

In the first season of the MBL(2002), Pedro went 24-2 with a 0.85 era with the Tigers. He also had 22 complete games...
So far this season (2003), Pedro is 18-4 with a 2.57 era and 12 complete games...At first glance, you think that's just a typical Pedro season, but wait, the man is pitching in Coors Field this year and he's 18-4 in only 25 starts!! We still have 62 games left to play in the season. Pretty nice... BTW, Vlad Guerrero won the NL Triple Crown in 2002 for the Rockies with a .350 average, 61 homers, 140 rbi, 52 stolen bases, 10 triples & only 27 strikeouts.
