Historical league problem

I have Season Ticket 2003 and have played a successful season (1986) but now seem unable to add any other year. no matter what I do with the Lahman D-Base, I keep getting the message "could not create folder" when I try to load a new historical league. I am quite confident I have directed the path correctly, but tghis is what I get. Any suggestions?

If you are trying to create a league for which you already have one by that name then that is the problem, each league must have a unique name.
