I am looking to drop 1 or 2 of these players to add some pitching depth to my team. who would you guys recommend dropping?
3B Ryan Zimmerman(have Beltre and Blalock as starters/dh) 2B Robinson Cano(have Utley as starter) C Josh Willingham(have I-rodriguez as starter) OF Wily Mo Pena(have ichiro, hermida, and tavarez as starters) |

Is this a one-year or keeper league?
The obvious drop, IMO, is Wily Mo. I loved watching him with the Reds, but he's slated right now as the Bosox' 4th outfielder, so I'm not sure how much playing time he'll get. I would definitely keep Zimmerman, who I think is intriguing. Very young, but tons of potential. I'd probably drop Cano, too. Nothing against him, but you already have Chase Utley and I'd be tempted to keep Willingham as insurance against IRod having an injury or off-year. |

Agreed drop Willy Mo and Willingham if you want to free up two spots.

Yep, and I predict that you have Zimmerman starting for your team before long.

Hmm, Zimmerman was dropped in my league and is still available right now. I haven't picked him up because I have Chavez at 3B and Beltre as Util. I already knew Zimm was highly regarded, this is making me think I should get him on the roster if for no other reason than to trade him once he puts up numbers for a bit.

Depends on who you drop. Zimmerman should have a good year, but keep in mind he will be a rookie, and as such is a risk.

I picked him up and dropped Javier Vazquez. My starting pitching is still a strength without him. Halladay, Harden, F. Garcia, K. Escobar, A. Heilman and Daniel Cabrera as a guy who could bust out this year.
