Emailing the file

I am having someone else designing the website, and he is unwillingly to give out his username and password for me to use OOTP to upload it. And the only other thing I can think of is emailing it to him then he can put it on there. I tried putting it as an attachment, but I can't get the whole file to attach. Can someone help me figure out how to get it to him.

you can get your own webspace and upload the zip file where he can download it

What would be a good free webspace to use. Because I would hate to pay money for a site just to hold a file.

Alright, but I have one question. What do I upload, or send. I go to program files them Out of the Park Developments then OOTP 6 then in that it has all my leagues in folders and I click on the folder I want, but it gives me a list of things such as players, teams, rule 5 draft, park and managers. I want to send the whole thing not just those individual things, correct? How do I do that?

you need to go into the league file youre sending and zip it with win zip then upload that.
