Any Idea if I Could Participate in a OOTP 2006 League if I have OOTP 6.12?

Any idea if I could manage a team in a OOTP 2006 league when it comes out if I'm still using OOTP 6.12/6.51? Do you think it will be possible for me to manage my team using OOTP 6.12/6.51 and send in my files for each sim, and that the new version OOTP 2006 will be able to read/use those files? I don't know much about cross-version compatibility.

Extremely doubtful. The database has been re-structured...that is going to make this impossible most likely.
