HIGA has 2 openings in the middle of 1991 (BAL and NYM)

Here I Go Again is a 1987 historical league altered to include rookies from 1988-1991 in the farm systems originally that brings in new prospects from that era in draft classes. The league is in it's 3rd season and currently has a sim date of 7/30/1990.

League Highlights
- "HIGA" is a very active league with 20 original owners.
- Established in June 2005.
- Uses OOTP 6.5
- Sims 7 league days every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning.
- Started with modified 1987 historical roster set.
- 1-100 actual ratings scale, 1-10 talent ratings scale
- Coaches and Scouts turned off.
- OOTP financials used. Original television contracts from 1987 will be renegotiated by the game engine after the current season.
- American League and National League, both with 2 divisions.
- Began with 26 teams from the 1987 season (BAL, BOS, CLE, DET, MIL, NYY, TOR, CAL, CHW, KC, MIN, OAK, SEA, TEX, CHC, MON, NYM, PHI, PIT, STL, ATL, CIN, HOU, LA, SD, SF)
- 162 game season, 2 division winners play in the LCS, LCS winners play in the World Series.
- Modern Era sim engine, Career mode, simulated minors, Home field advantage enabled, Injuries enabled and low.
- Promotions enabled (Miller Lite Beer Night, Topps Baseball Card Day, Louisville Slugger Bat Day, Autograph Day, New Era Cap Day)
- Visit Charlie Hustle's Cooperstown Casino for your chance to gamble on OOTP games or real sports for chance to win sim cash.
- Read "This Week In Baseball" with Mel Allen after every sim for a breakdown on league news, hot trends, player profiles, and some offbeat humour.
- Read "Where Are They Now?" with Jay Johnstone for updates on what players from this era are doing these days.
- Visit the Don Money National Bank for depositing and withdrawing cash above and beyond the league file's cash maximum, so that teams may keep their profits without abusing the game's Free Agent and Extension Money Available calculation.
- Create and publish franchise marketing campaigns in offseason for chance to be awarded fan interest points by league owner vote.
- No-Trade Clauses in place for newly-signed Free Agents and newly-extended players. Restrictions based on salary and/or length of contract in place to discourage abuse of Money Available for sake of gaining or retaining immediate trade assets. League feels this provides a good mix to the free agent pool, more GM financial accountability, as well as better roster stability than often found in OOTP leagues. Full details in rules.
- Sim cash incentive for writing team articles.
- Stadium builds or expansions as well as relocation is permitted with league approval and financial considerations paid. See rules for details.
- Future drafts will be a mix of actual prospects from the era and players created by OOTP.
- Changes to league put up for vote on message board.
- Full rules are listed in the message board. If any questions, feel free to ask here or via AIM.

The league accepts 6.12 or 6.5 exports. View the league forum for full detail into the rules.
