A new scout option

I just think that the scout should say when a player is readdy for the majors this would be a good add on

it doesnt.
with the game, youre in the role of GM (and manager) and should have to make the call if a player is ready to contribute to the major league club.
scouts currently suggest a players possibility at playing with the squad.

This is part of the challenge for "you" the GM, to have to try and figure out when a player is ready.
