Would anyone be interested in re-doing MLB history starting in 1901

i want to do an online league where we re-do the history of the MLB, starting in 1901 w/ the 16 teams, and we make our way back up to modern day time, using all the real players. However, we could relocate the teams to wherever we wanted, and the expansion teams wouldnt be Florida, Colorado, etc. it'd be a place where the league decided. We'd do trades and free agency however, so the rosters would look nothing like how they did. Like maybe we'd see Ted Williams in a Yankee uniform. If ur interested in doing this reply to this post w/ ur email... we'd need 16 teams

I like the idea, with the exception that I do not care for relocated teams to places like Sandusky, Ohio. Aggravates the living fire out of me to be playing in a league, and in one division, you will have San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Pullyaup, Washington.

So, without being too ruse, what do you mean by relocating teams?

Hey Commish,

What is the story? Your owners thought TTBL stood for Turn Two Baseball League and that league was getting ready for its first sim just yesterday. Now it seems you have suddenly abandoned that league you formed, but we are not sure why you did that.... or why you have shut down several leagues at the eleventh hour.

Please explain the situation to the guys in Turn Two Baseball League before recruiting owners for this new league that will apparently take their place on the OOTP Leagues server.

Oh, I see, how dumb could we get? My bad, Boss. Why did you start recruiting in one thread and then suddenly "1901 History" creates his own user name and starts a new thread. Why didn't he just chime in on this one?

If you don't mind can you explain why TTBL now suddenly stands for Throw The Bomb Legends football league?

I like football so I may want to join that league. Can you please post a link to that league's web site for us to check it out?

and yes... i did abandon the league. it's because as the season started, i realized it wasn't my league... it was your league. I let you bend me over, and you took control. I told u in the email you can have the all the passwords to the site once andreas gets back, because it was basically your league anyways

that turn two baseball league died like a month ago,at that time i had a franchise called the Utah Rattlers and now theres another turn two league with the same commish,all i really want to no are both 1901 leagues the same.

this is one of those threads thats becoming an argument over 2 people.... one who had the perfect league visioned, and one who had his own way. we tried being co-commishes... and it didn't work, so i dropped out and turned over the rights to TTBL (all the stuff that i worked hard to get) over to him. I planned on starting a new life in a historical league w/ a bunch of experienced owners who liked to just kick back and play the olden days, while Maddux took on TTBL. Yes, i am 1901HistoryLeague and i made up that lie to get some people off my back, and i realize now i shouldn't have. And Laggtime, if u want to drop out thats fine, as i would completely see why you would. It was a stupid decision on my part, and i will pay for it and i will pay for it. To Maddux, once I get the password changed the site is all yours my friend, you were a much better commissioner for that league then I was. You knew more about fictional leagues then I do, and i know you'll make that league a great success. I apologize for all of our past disagreements, and I realize now you were right. As I told Maddux, my aunt died and i guess that's what started this whole mess. I couldn't handle all the things going on, so i just gave up.. like a fool i gave up.

There was no argument involved in this. I was just truly confused about what you were trying to do to a baseball league filled with owners who were ready to get started.

I will continue the league on the OOTP server space, but first you must email Andreas and have the passwords reset and turned over to me. So far I have not been copied on that email.

Moderator - This is not a flame war so please don't take it that way. We were just confused when on opening day we found our web site down and our Commish posting here trying to start a new league.
