Exclamation FBBL College Commish Needed

The FBBL has decided to take the Maelstrom's idea of college players entering the draft to a new level. We plan on actually simming out college games, much like a normal league.

Now, here's how it'll go.

a) There will be 8 teams, each with 30-man active rosters... i think the editor will let me do that.

b) These players will have the ratings of veterans, essentially, however will be young (19-23)

c) When the agents in the league, Myself, and the College Commish agree it is time for a player, he will enter the FBBL draft.

d) When he goes into the draft, his ratings (not talent, ratings) are cut in half (eg. someone hitting .340 and 40 homers in college would have like.. 8 in hits and homers. Entering the draft, since he's now against major league talent, it would be 4 and 4.)

e) College games are simmed the same days as normal sims.

f) This also serves as a way to screen future FBBL owners. To become a main owner, you will have to first control a college team. If you prove you know what you're doing, a big league club will hire you. This will increase the ability of the owner pool as a whole. And if the owner is really dumb... he can get booted, and it won't matter, as college win/loss doesn't affect much.

g) The College Commish's duties will mainly be to put through trades, import the lineups, zip up the stats and the league file, and send it over to me. No HTML needed really, just about 20-30 minutes of work every other day. I just ask you be prompt. If you're able to do this at 3:30, all the better.

If you have any more questions, e-mail me at crackpott@rogers.com or send me an AIM at BJGM.

Thank you.
