Roster Site and Roster File

I need help finding a roster site to host my rosters for a sim league, at this point I want a free one if possible, but might be willing to go for a pay one if it has enough memory for OOTP 2006 too because I'll be switching to that after 1 season. I also need a quick refesh on how to export and import a roster file, I've done it before but it was about a year ago so I just need to re-learn it. My AIM is sector9pyro, you can reply here, talk to me on AIM, or contact me through PMs to help me out or whatever. My league is a mix of a realistic and player league, so if you help me out, I'll give you a spot, either GM or player, on my league if you are interested.
