I need a site done

Hello all I used to Commish MLBsim. I would love to commish again, but I am a broke college student and don't have money for a site. Can anyone make a site for me? If you want to help my Aim is Mr Shelor

Well I cant afford to make you a site, but your more than to join my league until you can afford one. I could always use a former commish for input.
