British Names Needed

I am currently preparing a league with 12 teams, 4 in England, 4 in Wales, 4 in Scotland and 4 in Ireland. The British Isles Baseball will take flight when the new version is released. However, I am in need of a name pack that will allow me to give the teams realistic names. Is there anyone who can help me? Thanks!

I did an English league with Heraldric logos and English name file. It's on a couple of download sites like simcentral.net and the deceased OOTP Download Center (which someone has rescued somewhere).
