I'm picking USC, although I'll be rooting for whoever is behind at the moment, as I usually do when I have absolutely no rooting loyalties.

I have this weird feeling* that Texas is going to blow out USC.

*weird feeling means that I base this on very little knowledge and will probably be wrong.

And they better win, I have $5 on it! I just hope it's close.

I want Texas to win but think USC probably will. Dual-action quarterbacks usually don't win games by themselves.

Any recommendations on what to watch during halftime? Halftime shows are always teh suk.

Just out of curiosity. In the pre-BCS days, who would Texas have played?

I assume USC would have played Ohio State. Would Texas have played Auburn?

I usually think the National Anthem sounds awful, but LeAnn Rimes did a nice job.

USC would have played Penn St
Texas against either Georgia, Florida St, West Virginia, LSU, Miami, or OSU

God I hate showboating. On the fumbled punt return, a USC player (89?) laid a nice hit on the runner. He jumps up, raises his hands, and starts dancing around. Meanwhile, the ball is on the ground right behind him. Thankfully it didn't cost anything.
