Logo help when you get the time

I want something for New York, for a fictional league.

Ideas: Green and Black, or Blue and White, or Red White and Blue if you go for the patriotic pitch.

You can come up with names, im very open for pretty much anything..

I didnt go with your colors, but went with a gut feeling for the mascot I wanted to use.
I got rid of true black, but its very close (21,21,21), so I hope it shows up in the game.

Every logo is a great one, there may not be as many making logos but the quality is never lacking.

I appreciate the kind words. The guys who make logos and graphics here do an excellent job. I'm just learning at this point.

Nighthawks is very good...fine, vivid color...I like the way you use multiple large and small circles...and you have a great eye for color coordination.
