I'll start (I'm a Jim Croce fan by the way
)This photo is one of my favorites that I have found trolling the web because of what may be behind it. The photo depicts Chandar Sen fighting Amar Singh in Fiji on 06/15/73. Sen was a Fijian Featherweight who beat up a bunch of locals and was KO'd by Australia's Paul Ferreri. Singh fought one pro bout - this one. What struck me is the question of where Mr. Singh may have came from. Was he an amateur from a local gym or was he literally pulled from the street or crowd to fill a no-show? I suspect the later - the shorts don't fit well and may not have been his. He is barefoot, one would think that a guy from a local gym would have at least have had a pair of shoes. Anyway, My vote is for 'off the street', a true record padding opponent. What are your thoughts and what photos do you have that are favorites of yours?

Another that I have liked because it so graphically depicts that agony that boxing can bring.
Joe Rindone from his bout with Bobo Olson.

Al Walker about as lights-out as you can be from a match with Jack Trammell.

Here's a very young Cassius Clay in camp with Ingemar Johansson in Miami.

Rocky gets a "split" decision!
Rocky Marciano gets nose split in fight with Ezzard Charles.
I first saw this photo a loooong time ago and I was always amazed...not just by the split nose...but he's actually grinning! "Aww shucks, Sam, it's nuthin! I'll feel better after my meal of warm glass shards tonight!"

Looks like the young, fast, pre-draft Cassius Clay could be hit and could be dropped - after all. Good thing an all-time great finisher wasn't standing over him on this occasion! It was an ordinary Sonny Banks.

Famechon vs Harada
One of my favourites is this one of Johnny Famechon knocking Fighting Harada out of the ring in their rematch in Japan.
