One Logo Please

If someone would make me a Toronto Freeze logo, it would be most helpful. I don't really have a particular design in mind, because it's not for me. However, I do have a picture in my head of a blue background and a yellow blot of lighting breaking a piece of ice.

I don't know if that made any sense or not, if it's doable or even good looking but it was just a thought. Feel free to go in any direction you'd like.

Very nice Fidel, like the second one better but I'm a fan of the circle logos but both very nice.
