2006 vs. 06 on Mac Virtual PC

Sorry to post new, but the link for the general Mac compatibility question did not work. Anyhow, here's what I need some feedback on: 06 works fine on my Virtual PC; I really hope 2006 will be coded to do so. If it is, I'll sign up; if it isn't, I'm not sure I will . . . generally, I'd rather use my Mac than my laptop PC. And the incentive might just be the significant increase in people who could and would enter the 2006 universe. Any feedback on this will be appreciated.

A Mac-native version of OOTP:BM is planned.
