Problem Unlicensing

I don't need OOTP6 on my computer anymore, and I go to unlicense it and I get this error:
First Stage of Unlicensing could not be completed.
Unlicensing Pending failed with error code 31.
The system identifer used to send the license for this system cannot be retreived.
The license cannot be unlicensed.
