2 open in Unified Baseball League

The Unified Baseball League has the defending Foster League Champion Washington Senators and Cincinnati Redlegs open for the taking.

The league began as a combination of Pacific Coast League, Negro League, and Major League ballplayers. We are in our 14th season, 7th with me as the Commissioner. Because we are nearing Jackie Robinson's impact season and the possibility of so many duplicate players the league is no longer adding any extra players, but is exclusively historical.

1940 is about to begin. The league is laid back, not a ton of trading, but has a very high percentage of exports. There are definitely teams wanting to talk trade and as the farm systems fill there are hopes that activity raises!
