Expansion ideas...
I know this has been posted before, but ever since the great crash its been hard to search for stuff, so I thought Id just repost it.
How do you guys out there allocate players to expansion teams? I have 4 new ones coming into a 16 (now 20) team league, and Im working out the math, but I wanted to see how many players you guys thought was the right amount for each team to release into an expansion draft pool and where they can come from- majors only or certain amount of minor league guys etc. Im interested to hear the other methods that have been used out there.

The way I handle expansion in my solo leagues is that the teams start off with empty cupboard. They have to go and get their players anyway they can.
This usually means they start off with a horrible team, which is the way it should be IMO. Not sure how I'll handle it in WGP/GBA if/when expansion comes around.
