New (old ) league has openings

MLBsim ran for 4-5 seasons but with some personal problems the commish was away and things died out, I was co commish of this league and had every intention of keeping it moving but of those owners left decided they would rather start over soooooo......

MLBsim is reborn ( 1/2 league filled up with old owners ) , we got a new site and will be using the newest Halofan's roster set. 6.5 league simming 3 times a week, no stars, no trading picks, Skydog's modifications.

Files are up but not offical yet, few tweeks yet to do
