BLB looking for GM's beginners welcome!

BIG League Baseball has just finished up it's 11th season and we are looking for a few General Managers to join us. We are a 26 team league and we simulate 3 times per week. BLB began with MLB players in the 2002 season. We award incentive points based on participation which can be used for various team upgrades each year and we offer an international league in which GM's can try and out bid other teams for players from around the world..

BIG League Baseball has a great core of General Managers with the average age being 35+. We are looking for people who have the time and patience needed to build a successful team in a simulation league. The ideal candidate would be someone mature in years (30+)? who is not already in more than 3 or 4 leagues and would like to join us for the long term. We are NOT interested in anyone who doesn't have the time to devote to keeping up with the GM duties or someone who plans on remaining only for the short term.

Only the Dodgers remain open.
In real life, one of the oldest franchises in baseball, starting in 1890 as the Brooklyn Bridegrooms and transitioning over 115 years to the present Los Angeles Dodgers, some of the greatest players in baseball history have worn their uniform (Robinson, Reese, Koufax, Drysdale, and many more), winning their share of pennants and World Series in the process.
In BLB history, over 12 seasons our Dodgers have an 854-927 record over-all, having won 2 Division titles, 1 NL Championship and 1 BLB Championship. Although they have enjoyed their moment of fame, our Dodgers have not been able to rise to the heights of their real life counterpart. Presently, as we start the 2013 season, they have a 10-9 record, and although their roster is well balanced and competitive, a new GM would face the challenges of inheriting a somewhat depleted minor league system (currently ranked 19th of 26) and a high payroll ($88MM), but with fan interest at a healthy 73, yearly income at around $85MM, and several noteworthy prospects who could develop into their stars of the future, this team is poised to become a powerhouse in the NL West for years to come under the right leadership.
