Need help with BOSI

i uploaded every thing to my ftp and changed it all to 777

When i do this step i get an error

This is the last step to getting BOSI ready to use. You need to head to the admin area and get the system ready to use. For our examples, we will assume we installed BOSI into the bosicentral/bosi folder. In order to get to the admin screen, you would need to go to the following URL (replace the bosicentral domain with your own): http://www.bosicentral.com/bosi/admin/index.php?G_lid=1 (if your league ID is not 1, replace the 1 with whatever it is. If this is a fresh install, it will always be 1). Enter admin for both username and password. This will log you into the admin area as a super user. The first thing you will want to do is change the information for the admin user (at the very least, change the password). To do this, go to the Super User menu and choose User Admin. The screen should be easy enough to follow.
