6.5 Team Focus

In playing a solitary league, when does the "team focus" change? All my computer teams seem to remain on "balanced". My league was converted from 6.12 does that have an effetct?

It will change in late July as the trade deadline approaches and teams make the decision if they are going to make a run or not.
