Transparent background

I've played OOTP for a while, but after some computer problems and what not over the summer I just downloaded it on my new computer.

Im trying to play OOTP 6.12, thats what I DL'd, however the backgrounds which used to be gray (the drop down scrolls, the black behind the players pages, the colored leaders on the side of the screen) are all transparent, making it impossible to read anything.

I already re-DL'd, no fix their.

Go into the “game”(OOTP, ITP, etc) folder and open the "game config" file, toggle the 3d setting, close those things and try the game again.
