I mean to create new players with their stats?? Is their a utility for this?

What you can do is create your own "Lahman" type database. Using the Lahman DB format (use the CSV files to see the layout), you can use Excel to create your own players by completing all the fields. From memory, you will need:
master.csv batting.csv pitching.csv fielding.csv fieldingof.csv Once you create all of these files, just create a historical league and point OOTP to your database. It will then import your 'created' players just like it would for Lahman et al. |
