ISL Looking for a dedicated owner

Hey fellas, the ISL is currently late in its 2009 season and we just had an opening for the toubled St. Louis Cardinals. Our league features an Arizona Fall Leauge to develop players, the use of BOSI, and some other features to make our league stand out. The Cardinals could be rebuilt if we had a dedicated owner to do the job. For example, 2 years ago the Colorado Rockies lost nearly 100 games, they bounced back in 2008 and won the World Series, it can be done.
