'61 Yankees vs '84 Tigers?

I am new to this game and have yet to unlock any of its potential. But I am wondering if it is possible to download teams from different years to be able to play them against one another? Can I have the '61 Yankees vs the '84 Tigers? Any help will be appreciated.
