How would i go about making an online league?

What exactly do i need to do to make a league? Since im a cheepo i want everything to be free. What FREE programs will i need to get a site and upload all the stuff to it and then add links to the stuff stored in hostultra or whatever we decide to use? Thanks.

Most people here will suggest you join an existing league, and offer to help out the commish of that league to learn how to start-up, host, and maintain your own league in the future.

A few years back when I was in college I joined a mogul league, and basically tutored under the commissioner. Over time I was able to run sims on a days he wasn't able to, and eventually, I learned everything I needed to do my own league.

I wouldn't recommend starting up a league until you have the knowledge/resources (real web hosting, free isn't the way to go).
