I used a fictional league.

Retired pitchers BABIP are .000 for every year of their career. Active players are ok.

Contract Extensions are listed twice in the "All Transactions" report.
Example...
Mark Rodriguez has been signed to a contract extension, $4,870,000 per year, for 3 years.
Mark Rodriguez has been signed to a contract extension, $4,870,000 per year, for 3 years

Reported both. First one is known and the second wasn't there in the early beta builds, as far as I recall. Will try to double-check it later today. If anyone can confirm it, feel free.

Could not confirm the second bug. I gave contract extensions to several players and they all showed a single time in the All Transactions screen.

Start a season. Play until August 2nd. I think the AI does all its extensions on August 1st. Check one of the teams transactions. It will be in there twice. I don't know about human controlled teams.
