Universal Rating editor

this was probably mentioned in the past, but is there a utility in which you can change a massive amount of ratings all at once. i know it can be done in the game, i just need something that can edit ratings on a large scale.

I believe using the CSV export/import options under League Setup you may be able to do what you want. You will get the data in the csv files that can be opened in a spreadsheet and thus can be changed more rapidly and in bulk if the changes are consistent. Then the files can be saved and re-imported into the game.
