File headers for add on utility writers.

At one time I remember reading that the file headers to the data files would be released to anyone that wanted them for the purpose of add on utilities. I'd like to get my hands on them as I'm thinking about writing a hall of fame induction utility. How would I go about getting them?

If you ever get to develop the utility, I for one would love to use it. Something like that is definitely needed. No way to currently export or read the retired.dat file AFAIK. Good luck and keep us informed.
