new league concept
Teams: 12
start date: Present would anyone be interested in a fictional league in which all players in the initial draft are between the ages of 18-21, and all stats are set to average. So initally there would be almost no farm, but you would have a ton of young players. then basically run the league as normal. We would allow owners to get "Rating Bump" points to assign to the intital players for 2-4 seasons to get a little variety in them. So this way you could manage a player for their entire career and it would truly be a league that starts from scratch. there would obviously be more detailed descriptions if the league starts, but what do you think for now?

i was thinking of setting all of the original players to 2 stars. Basically baseball is a new sport and no one would know how to play. After each season, i would allocate "Bonus Rating Points" to be allocated so that players learn and ratings can increase. This would vreate some diversity amongst players.
the main goal is to be able to follow/start an entire league from scratch with no records - and have the league grow from there. So if all players are between the ages of 18-21, you would be able to follow their whole career. Obviously, none of the early players would have great stats, but when you get draft picks and specs, they would be bringing the league to another level with their talent.

i would also possibly import real players (obviously their age being 18-21), so that it would bring some known names to the league to keep the owners who like real players happy.
