Announcing the OOTP Logo Maker

I've been asked numerous times if I would ever consider making this, and I finally decided, "what the hell."

At long last, a cross-platform tool to help you make logos for OOTP Baseball

5 different logo "shapes" to choose from.
3 different gloss overlay styles to choose from.
22 different background patterns to choose from, or you can add your own.
68 font options to choose from, or you can add your own.

Most of the the stock elements can be customized - change sizes, colors, and angles on pretty much everything, and you can even scale the background patterns to your liking.

If you've used any of my other apps over the years, you'll already have a pretty good idea how this works.

Excellent, easy to use (for me anyway) and similar to your uniform maker. Plus it's good for all OOTP versions.

Eriq, your programs are incredible. HOWEVER, when I install the logo maker ... it removes the uniform maker. And then if I double back to reinstall the uniform maker, now the logo maker vanishes.

What am I doing wrong?

Fonzie13, are you talking about the desktop shortcuts? Just create the missing shortcut.

Aha! Thanks! But one thing you might want to know, Eriq ... is that only one program will appear in the Control Panel "Programs and Features" function. (i.e., right now I can see the Uniform Maker in that screen, but I cannot see the Logo Maker even though the program is installed and it works.)

Also ... in the font list drop-down, there is no scroll bar or any way to drag the list (like there is in the logo maker). The only way to change fonts is to open the drop down and use keyboard arrow keys to move down the list.

All this said ... amazing work, as usual!

Yes this also happened to me and that's exactly what I did was create a shortcut on the desktop.

I misread this 20, so my response is out of context a bit... but I'll leave this up here. Yeah, I hope people post their logos too!

I imagine people still will. There are legions of people who play this game without ever creating an account here and just want to snap up a few designs and be on their way. This logo maker is great for those of us who want to dive a little deeper into world building but maybe don't have the skills yet. I started using the justafan logo maker, then I started using GIMP to remove backgrounds, then I started just using GIMP and just started teaching myself more and more... Now I actually pay for an Adobe account and now I probably spend more time designing logos for fun than I do actually playing the game. But I suspect that isn't the same trajectory everyone takes.
