Unfortunately, there has been radio silence on whether data will be transferrable. If it will be, I wish they'd just say so, but I suspect the answer is no, which is why they're not saying...

From other team posts, it seems like they may have been trying to figure out a solution, but weren’t sure yet if it would happen. I can’t tell you how many posts over the years have just gone off on the assumption the team didn’t care, wasn’t trying, were actually out to get their customers if at all possible - and then there is a solution. Be patient.

They already said no on it.

What they are/were trying to find a solution for was carrying over the historical years purchase

One day out from summer starting, I'm a bit disappointed we haven't been updated on this. I hope there's some announcement soon. I mean, we're almost halfway through the MLB regular season

Quick update: The game is almost complete and we will start beta testing next week if all goes well.

In the meantime, the current version of OOTP Go will be disabled in the stores on June 30. If you already had downloaded and installed it before, you can do so and play after that date. But it will be unavailable for new customers.

I want to make sure of something. If we have previously downloaded this and for whatever reason we have to re-download will that be possible after the 30th?

Yeah if you've already downloaded the game you'll still be able to redownload it anytime after the 30th. It'll just be gone for new users

So what you’re saying is, the game is almost complete and getting a beta test next week, this is the first we are hearing of any of this, no updates on new features, release dates, patch notes or anything? Just “it’s almost done”?

I’m afraid bc of the server change it will be the same game with new cards/rankings - which makes me wonder why they didn’t just update the cards for this season on Go! and not release a new app

I believe the new app is because of the change in providers with Perfect team. But I share the same thought about no changes in the base game. I hope there will be some additions.

I can't say specifically which features yet, but a lot of the new OOTP 23 changes will also be reflected in Go 23.
