The Challenge mode award date and time appears in your Transaction log, so you can track the 72 hour refresh from there. I have it tracked on a spreadsheet, of course. One of my spreadsheets tracks PP and records for each of my teams:

always good to see fellow spreadsheet nerds and their creations ![]() think I have close to 2 dozen tabs on my v20 sheet tracking various things (pitchers/batters to watch for; current squad; points earned by day/season; pack results (currently at 78% live ); team season stats....)course, can't say it's done me a lot of good as I haven't won a championship yet but someday maybe.....

What a nerd. Lol. Nah. That is super smart. I might do that. Might even start tracking what I get from them.

Thanks for your interest. Here's the basic idea (see attached). Packs from challenge mode are fine, or frittering away your earned points on them (something I'm trying to resist this year) is also fine. |

Just don't play it like me if you want the packs. I just started a historical replay taking over the 1962 Mets (my first love). Can't imagine there'll be any packs coming my way anytime soon. My previous was the Senators, in 1950. I got fired after four seasons, just as I had finally gotten them to a competitive level.

Be interesting to follow along with Ruth as his season progresses while hopefully leading the Cards to a World Series matchup with Ruth and Gehrig

Was about to ask if the Negro League cards counted as they fall under the Legends category.

Legend's allowed, Future Legend isn't. The league is pretty old school, with 2018 Rookie Sensation being the "newest" among the legal sets.

The biggest surprise team this year is the debuting Bronze Argonauts, who are Our League compliant but not in Our League. I'm using it to collect cards so will change the theme here or there. The All-Bronze Argonauts currently have the best run differential in the league at +77 and sit atop the division. Here are my cards, let me know if you have any more ideas for Bronze cards:

Wasn't able to get the Iron schedule up because of an interesting and revealing set of circumstances. Bottom of the Sixth sent me the screen shots of the schedules that he took a couple of hours before the league started. He left off a couple of the new teams, and when he sent those, the league had started play, and the schedule was different! Not sure when the schedule is finalized, but I'll probably put a thread on the PT to see if I can find the answer. Unfortunately, I won't have time to get the schedule up tonight. Will try to post one tomorrow with the remaining games.

I'll bet not much of a pitching staff left for next game.

heh.... yeah, I have my starter and two relievers who are full strength.... everyone else is yellow/red.... took a peek at his staff.... everyone is either 2 bars yellow or 1 bar red (including the next starter)....
here's hoping my boys can capitalize on that |

Here are some others that I'm using63 OVR Peanuts Lowrey is a good all-around utility guy, can train to green ratings for all infield positions and blue for all outfield. 68 OVR Musial is a pretty good card too. At least a good platoon guy vs RHP. You could jettison one of your good defensive catchers and use 63 OVR Brian Harper - he hit great for me but his defense is 10. Yeah, 10. |

I do have Brian Harper though I would think Bob Boone would be much better all around. But I don't really know if catcher defense makes much of a difference -- it seems not to matter as much as it should. Maybe I'll platoon Lavalliere and Harper and see if there's a noticeable distinction in stats. At least if Harper is a mess I may have a chance for more 4 strikeout innings. |
