Attach a photo from my files !

Will someone walk me through the steps on how to attach a file image from my private computer so I can send a 'private message' with an attachment. When I attempt to do that, all I get is a box asking for a URL, whatever that is. I remember posting an image last year of Jay Hook who turned out to be Ken Hunt, but I forgot all of the steps. But that was a reply to the thread and not a 'private message' ? Thanks in advance,'luvbblogos'.

The 1912 Fight

I thought this was mildly interesting. Combing through newspaper articles looking for another player I found this image of the man Ty Cobb severely injured in a brawl. His name was Claude Lueken and the article states he was a cripple with only one hand. He had apparently spent an entire game heckling Cobb and led to the player lunging into the stands to confront him. This fight led to Cobb being suspended and the Tigers playing a bunch of misfits for one game on May 18.

Tom Paciorek 1970

Just for fun, here's Paciorek in his rookie year, wearing Don Drysdale's #53. Paciorek was the last Dodger to wear the number.

Howard Johnson 1982

Similar to Paciorek above, here is Johnson wearing Hank Greenberg's #5. Johnson was the last Tiger to wear the iconic number.

Ron Hansen 1958

Ron Hansen was the last White Sox player to wear #4 before it was retired for Luke Appling.

Are these the correct images in this particular TV Folder ? Thanks for your assistance in explaining the images in this Folder.
Folder AE was the only one I have seen that baseball-birthdays did not at least have the images gathered. Most of them had the AE file number with them and simply gathered them wondering what the gaps were and if they existed any longer. The Thomas AE 011-014 are not "colorized," I merely ran them through the autocorrect program in Microsoft Office Image Manager. I collated what I found; it can easily be updated by BB-BDay or any other Vault trailblazer that might have encountered AE images.

Seeking 1965-era Dick Donovan

Does anyone have an image -- color or B&W -- of Dick Donovan from his partial final season in 1965? I am looking for the Red(ish) hat in particular that they broke out in 1965. Thanks for anyone taking the time to check!

This is the only Donovan/Indians image I have that is marked 1965 in my collection, but he appears to still be wearing the dark blue hat here.

Ed Orman had been the sports editor for the Fresno Bee for decades. In late 1968, he was appointed as a scout for local talent by the Seattle Pilots.
The photo is from the Fresno Bee of January 5, 1969.

His smile is a better fit than was that of Larry Himes. His head structure seems more elongated than Himes', which would be a better fit. Since the obit photo depicts Morio at an older age, it would be a reasonable assumption that his face would have looked thinner during his playing days.

Found these photos of Jim Morio. Do they look like the same guy from above on ph. 7. Pic below of player on pg. 7

The only TX A&M (Kingsville) yearbook on-line that I have access to is the 1972 one (freshman year). He's in the last row, 4th one in. I copied the index too as it, the team picture and football reference all have a different spelling of his first name. Index has his middle name as Wayne.

The photo below shows Taylor with the Edmonton Eskimos of the Frontier Football League. It's from the Edmonton Journal of June 18, 1975.

Here is an interesting but possibility. In June 1958 Billy Williams was traded to Chicago White Sox in an unknown Transaction. I believe I have figured out that transaction. John Procopio was acquired from White Sox June 29, 1968. So Procopio could have been that unknown Transaction
