These are based on the Rangers city connect logos.

a chimera is a creature made up of different parts, like a megaplex made of different cities. Or an expansion franchise that replaced a franchise that moved, and then moved. The Chimera was also the monster defeated by Pegasus and Bellerophon, a symbol of Dallas. (I am rebranding after using the Dallas Titans by ruwisc for many years)

It's nearly 2050 in my save, and this cursed franchise still has not won a World Series, I like the idea of them renaming themselves after a defeated mythological monster.

Also the Texas Rangers is a terrible organization historically, and probably the next-worst remaining team name after Atlanta. The real team should rename itself immediately

When I do major league teams now I make a lot of them, because then you can use slightly different ones for all the rookie league teams

(I also like how disjointed the name is. Texas, Dallas and Chimeras look like they rhyme, but they don't)

My, Oh, My... those Texas Rangers City Connect are really well done.

And I don't usually like the City Connect series... this is one of the few I like.

This is a minor league team for the Monterry Mariposas/ Monarchas. They are not finished yet. Not sure if it's better with more of an outline or not. Not sure where the team is located. Not sure how I ended up reading about moths today at work
