Port Ruppert goes down 4 games to 2 in the Diamond World Series, so Aomori and Port Ruppert will return for another Diamond league run next season

Silver and Bronze
I can cover both, if necessary, but would most happy to step aside if someone else can. Looks like all teams, except Quinta's, were tagged. I guess it was no go for Go.

Stone= 4 teams (3 in one; 1 in another) Iron= 4 teams Bronze= 8 teams Silver= 8 teams (7 in one; 1 in another) Gold= 8 teams Diamond= 4 teams Diamond league: Aomori and Mount Hawke will battle for the crown; while Port Ruppert and Waffletown get 7 games against each other (unless the schedule changes after the first sim) |

I get sadder about the Friends List and scheduling pretty much weekly. The standard 162 game schedule (where fixtures are extremely lopsided re divisions and conferences) isn't really fit for a pro/rel league, and a better setup would automatically make OL more balanced/guarantee inclusion. Just need to make everyone play each other!

According to Wikipedia, "I-52 , later I-152, was the second prototype of the Kaidai-class submarine of the Imperial Japanese Navy. Commissioned in 1925, she became a training ship in 1935 and was decommissioned in 1942 during the early months of the Pacific campaign of World War II. She subsequently served as the stationary training hulk Haikan No. 14 and was scrapped after the war."
Here's the setup for OL I152... |

Light schedule during the first month. Shinbone sees its first action today.

Baltimore, with a sweep of Eden Prairie, breaks fastest from the gate.

Diamond League:
Mount Hawke takes the early lead in what should be a back-n-forth slugfest with Aomori. (and the RNG have apparently decided that Waffletown can't hit or pitch this season, as they are ranked in double digits in virtually every category ![]() ![]() |

Only 3-1/2 games separate the teams from top to bottom.

Diamond League:
Mount Hawke and Aomori in a dead heat at 6-6. Waffletown forgot for a moment they were predestined to be the foundation of the league and beat Port Ruppert in the first game of their series; then remembered who they were and proceeded to lose the next 6 (as part of an ongoing 9 game losing streak) |
